UPDATE!!!!!
After a bit of time, I was assigned a supervisor named Serena who handled the situation quite awesomely.
She explained there had been a mix up in the previous agents understanding of the warranty, and replacement policy.
The issue was resolved in a very productive, and satisfactory manner. I got a new unit that works great and I would purchase from this group again.
I think with time, this company will resolve the WIFI issue to make it an easier installation on smart phones.
I do thank them for actually reading thier reviews, and reaching out to unsatisfied customers.

Please beware of this product. We bought this with the wifi feature, and it has been a disaster. After attempting to set up the wifi feature, it somehow disconnected the remote control for the unit. I emailed Turbro as any phone number they have is not answered or phone call returned. I then got an email from Marcia who wants me to send her a video of how we are trying to set up the wifi feature. We did that, and then she sends a video of how someone in their plant set it up. It was the same exact instruction we got from thier company site link. I then am asked to wait over a month to "see" if the unit will start working correctly. It did not, it only got worse. You can manuallly work the unit, but it does not seem to like that very much and either blows extremely cold or not at all. This morning after eamiling Marcia over a week ago I get a response. They want us to pay for a brand new unit even after already paying for the malfunctioning one, and they will "pick" this unit up and bill us for the UPS fee. Please do not buy this product. We made the very foolish mistake of buying this without if beeing Amazon prime, and we are regretting it to no end. We have several Midea Wifi units and they work wonderfully without any problems.

Unit pulls 14 amps, so on a regular 15 amp outlet you can't run anything else, or it will trip your breaker. I would suggest leaving the unit upright for one entire day after unpacking. Ours seemed to work much better after giving it a day to unsort itself. Unit puts out ALOT of water from the dehumidifying feature, which is good, but you need to be aware of that. The room we have the unit in maintains a very cold temp, even in boiling Florida heat and with a room entirely made of windows. We did cut thin strips of duct tape to put around the seals of the vent hose to keep it perfectly airtight. I agree with other reviewers that the unit continues to run even after getting to the desired temp instead of shutting off. Not really a big deal. The wifi feature works very well using the AIRIA app. You can turn it on or off, adjust temp, adjust fan speed change the mode, or put it on a timer. All good. This machine is worth the price and is no fuss.
