RUGGED PACKAGING, SECURE DELIVERY
Our products are encased in a structurally robust, high-grammage cardboard shell, engineered to withstand the rigors of transit and ensure your order arrives safely, every time.
Year-Round Swim Comfort
Switch to heating mode for a cozy 15–40°C water temperature that makes cold-weather swims feel warm and inviting, or use cooling mode to drop temperatures to a refreshing 8–28°C for crisp, invigorating dives.
Note: condensation drainage from the bottom during operation is normal and not a leak.
Inverter Technology
Boasting a COP up to 9.38, the Beluga B21V delivers exceptional energy efficiency for pools ≤20 m³ (≈20,000 L). Its inverter technology ensures stable, low-noise operation, while the durable titanium heat exchanger resists corrosion, ideal for both freshwater and saltwater pools.
Consistent & comfortable water temp
Corrosion-resistant,saltwater-ready.
Seamless heat/cool modeswitching.
Pool Heat Pump Size Calculator
Disclaimer:
This calculation uses the thermal energy conservation method: Total BTUs = (Volume × 8.34 × ΔT). A 2.0x efficiency factor is applied to account for heat loss to the environment during the heating process.
Actual heating performance may vary depending on several factors, including:
- Use of a pool cover (highly recommended)
- Wind exposure and ambient air temperature
- Humidity levels and sun exposure
For air temperatures below 50°F (10°C), heat pump efficiency drops significantly and heating times will increase.

FAQ
Plug-and-play models M18, M20, and B21V can be self-installed. However, you will need water hoses and a filter pump (neither included). The package includes hose clamps, 32 mm & 38 mm" hose connectors, and a user manual.
It features cooling and heating modes to meet your requirements. And it works within an ambient temperature range of -7-43℃. Operating outside this range will trigger a malfunction and potentially damage the unit.
Yes. The unit features a titanium heat exchanger, which is corrosion-resistant. However, please ensure that the heat pump is installed upstream of the saltwater pool and a check valve is installed between them to prevent any backflow.
B21V is suitable for pools with a maximum capacity of 20 m³.
Make sure to let the unit sit upright for over 24 hours before use. We suggest installing barriers like fences or plants around the pool to lower wind impact on the water surface. Use a pool cover to retain heat and reduce evaporation.
Taking several days to reach your desired temperature is NORMAL. Performance can be affected by various factors, including ambient temperature, water volume, pool insulation quality, wind exposure, proper installation, and regular maintenance.
This unit features an auto-defrost function to prevent ice buildup on the unit, ensuring consistent heating efficiency and extending the heat pump's lifespan in cold weather.
