We are committed to delivering your items as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days after full payment is received.
However, palletized orders may require 8-10 business days for packaging before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and other factors. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of payment, please contact us. We will promptly track the shipment and provide you with an update.

Pallet Orders Notice
- All pallet orders are shipped on a pallet. Please keep the pallet and all packaging materials in case they are needed for future returns or warranty claims.
- Once pallet orders are shipped, address changes, redirections, or pickup requests are not allowed.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before confirming your order. - Part or all of your order may be delivered via LTL freight carrier. The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment, so please keep your phone line available and answer calls from unknown numbers. If your primary phone number is unavailable, please provide an alternate contact number.
- Make sure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
If the carrier cannot reach you, your shipment will be held for an additional 2–3 business days. Failure to establish contact within this period may result in storage or re-delivery fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
