Products shipped to these countries are fulfilled from our Germany warehouse, ensuring faster delivery.

Canada

Our Canada warehouse supports delivery to all regions across Canada. All items available in Canada are shipped directly from our Canada warehouse.

Pallet Orders Notice

  • Keep the pallet and packaging materials for potential returns or warranty cases.
  • No address changes or redirections after pallet orders ship.
  • LTL freight carriers will call to schedule delivery. Please keep your phone available.
  • A recipient must be present to sign for delivery.
  • If the carrier cannot reach you, the shipment may be held and storage/re-delivery fees may apply.

Tax & Import Duties

We cover customs and import duties when applicable. If charged, send proof to Customer Care for a refund. Orders over $800 may require clearance and could delay delivery.
