Please ensure your billing address matches your payment method to avoid order processing delays. For your security, TURBRO does not have access to your credit card details when payments are processed through Authorize.net.
Why did my credit card payment fail?
Credit card payments may fail due to bank authorization issues or fraud prevention systems. If you experience difficulty completing your payment, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank or PayPal directly for assistance.
Taxes & Duties
Sales tax within the United States is NOT included in our listed prices. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your local tax rate at checkout.
If you have a valid tax exemption certificate, please provide it to us, and we will remove applicable sales tax from your order.
