Keeping cool

Has been a God send having this unit! Not as quiet as I'd hope, but sleep with it with no problem! They also stick by their warranty!!

Great A/C unit

This works great for being a smaller size. It performs better than devices that are bigger, in my experience.

Works great looks great - so far.

We moved into a trailer to be next door to my older parents about 2 years ago. My dad had a new central AC unit installed right before we moved it - but it is a trailer (basically a big tin can), so on hot Indiana days it does still heat up above what we consider to be a comfortable temperature.

My GF ordered this and it arrived today. I will say that we had to cut down the piece that allows the ventilation to the outside (it wasn't a big del for us because we have access to the proper tools - but it could be an issue for those who don't- it could be cut with a hand haxsaw.

I got a little confused with how to properly fit the vent to our trailer windows (the window sills are not as wide as a normal home). I fretted over it and was going to "bush style fix it", but my ingenious Dad showed me another way 🤣.

Once we got the vent setup properly, we of course plugged it in. It took a few minutes but ot started blowing ice cold air.

My current main concern is the dehumidifier, the manual says you can manually drain it - since it is brand new to us we haven't done that yet, but I am sure we will get to do so in the next day or so. I wish they would have put a bucket into the unit for the dehumidifier, but it looks like we will have to hook up a small hose to drain it. I won't mind as long as it works.

I will mention the unit is fairly quiet.

Anyway - so far, so good. I will update this review once we have more experience with it.

Clean Design, Comprehensive Controls and Simple Installation

Cools room quite quickly and relatively quiet operation. The cons would be the low-resolution, non-backlighted LCD and top-mounted fluorescent display. However, overall, it over-delivers.
