This is a great fireplace with excellent features. The shipment arrived pretty quick. I recessed my fireplace in the wall. The app works well. No problem with set up. There were plenty of clear rocks for the bed and timber sticks. My wife loves it.

We updated our tv wall and wanted to add a 50 inch recessed fireplace underneath the tv.
Before this beauty, we bought and tried another one..The fire was so fake, dim and terrible, I couldn’t even imagine enjoying it in our new space. I returned the first one, thanks to Amazon the return was a snap.
This Turbro is different! The flames look like flames and go high and fill the screen, can be bright or dim. The color selections are so real yet fun, it’s hard to pick our favorite glow!!
The fan for the heater works great and is low, not loud. This one came with beautiful little birch logs and crystal rocks that look like hot coals under a fire. You can even add a wood crackling sound with a push on the remote.
I can’t say enough that this is a good purchase for the price. The first one we bought was in the $200 range..this one was $450 but happiness in a quality product that you can be proud to show off…PRICELESS!!
I would highly recommend this fireplace. Price is great and the service is great. It came really fast. We mounted it but you can recess it. The colors are beautiful. If you are looking for a product like this don’t look any further but this one! The crackling sound is awesome!

This was better than expected, well built, easy to install, most of all, it's features. The look is great at night, the colors, the options, a great bargain for the price.
