Very nice product. Love the app and color changes. Negative-price is higher than other brands, but we paid the extra for the phone app. Other Negative is the logs. They do not show the ember glow. Had to buy logs from another vendor to get the look we wanted.
I really like this electric fireplace. It was easy to install, looks really nice, and puts out great heat. I like that it has many different color combinations to choose from. This one can either be mounted into a recessed wall or just mounted to the wall. This was really important to us as renters. The remote is an added bonus.
It’s easy to hang and install. Perfectly packaged with extra protection. Extra screws were provided. Optional on the wall hanger or recess mount as well. Well made. No missing parts.
When I turn it on it’s really beautiful I’m in love with this beautiful Electric fireplace. Can change the flames you want and the color. I love the crackling sound. I connected it to WiFi and can control it on the app or on the remote. It’s beautiful decoration as well like you’re in the fancy hotel. I love watching the flames every night and it heats really good.

It's a decorative fireplace, it came with the logs and crystal rocks, the adjustable flame and crackling sound are realistic, we were enjoying the real fireplace ambience along with the warmth it emitted in neat. It's running smartly, stopped at the specified temperature by the built-in thermostat, the built-in WIFI integrated it to the smart app which made it not only controlled by remote, but also by voice or through smart phone. The inspiring infrared heating gave the sunshine like warmth fast without drying out the air, the infrared heating could potentially have saved my electric bill. The running noise is low, acceptable. The 60” smart WIFI infrared electric fireplace was not only warm up my master bedroom but also decorated it. It's so far so good, we're satisfied with it.
